Yoga

  • Every Wednesday evening 6-7pm starting Wednesday 19th May
  • The focus will be on improving mobility, improving posture and connecting mind and body. There will be mats available to use so don’t worry if you don’t have one, if you do have your own please bring it along.
  • All levels of ability are welcome.
  • Adaptive poses will be incorporated and taught for those who may have mobility issues or restrictive movement.Wear comfortable clothing and bring some water.
  • Changing facilities are restricted currently so wear what you are happy to travel to and from the class in.

The first session is free. Classes are £5 per per session following this.
