Mondays from 6pm – everyone welcome. No experience necessary and all equipment is supplied.

A coach attends Table Tennis club every other week to instruct.

Juniors (9-17 year olds) 6-7.20pm

Seniors (18+) 7.30-9pm

Table Tennis end of season event Monday 13th December 6.30-9.00pm  A special open Table Tennis family evening is planned at the RTC sports centre with the coach Martin Schapira. All levels of players are welcome and everybody can take part in a few games, whether they played before or if they want to have a go at this type of sport. The event is free but small donations will be welcome. If you are interested to attend please email cristina.mircescu@rtcsports.co.uk or just turn up.

Gill’s Exercise and Whole Body Toning Class

These classes feature a warm up to music, a series of exercises for exercising and toning the whole body, followed by cool down and gentle stretches.

Low Impact – Monday morning 10am – 11am: These classes are suitable for those who are a little older, less fit or getting back to fitness.

Numbers are limited to 8 per session and each participant will be allocated a specific area in which to exercise so as to ensure social distancing. Places must be booked in advance each week – if you would like to book a space, please contact Gill Chilvers on gill.chilvers@hotmail.co.uk.

The cost is £5 per session and all proceeds will go to the RTC

Wednesday mornings 11am - 12pm

Tai Chi is a Chinese defence martial art with the aim of achieving strength and relaxation of body and mind. Tai Chi has benefits in improving posture, balance and co-ordination of the body.

This activity is for 18 years and over. The training is planned in blocks of 6 sessions. Please check this page for the start date of a new block.

• Each session will be 1 hour, from 11am - 12pm
• All levels are welcome, including beginners
• It is recommended that the participants wear comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes or indoor (non-marking) trainers
• The cost is £5/session payable by contactless method

FUN FOOTBALL FRIDAYS 🎽⚽️🧦
Every Friday 5.45-6.45pm

Football Coaching on a Friday night for School Years 1, 2 & 3.

Please bring water bottles, shin pads and footwear suitable for playing football on grass.

The next series of 10 sessions starts Friday 2nd July.
