Get Fit for Summer! at the RTC Gym
During May and June, there will be a qualified fitness instructor available one evening a week in the gym at the RTC.
Jack Dowson is a local personal trainer who will be available to assist and advise gym members to help them to get the most out of their membership. Including how to:
• decide what you want to achieve from coming to the gym • use the different pieces of equipment to safely and effectively meet your fitness goals • vary your routine in order to keep it interesting • avoid ‘plateau’ and keep on making progress.
So, whether you are new to exercise and want to make a start, or an experienced gym user looking for fresh ideas, come along and have a chat with Jack. He will be in the gym between 6.30pm and 9pm on Thursdays during May and Tuesdays during June.

As a bit of extra encouragement, the membership numbers of everyone that attends the gym during May and June will go in to a draw. 3 lucky winners can choose between a free one to one personal training session with Jack or one-month free membership of the gym. So, don’t forget to sign in and include your membership number when you do!
