Want to increase your fitness? Fancy just letting your hair down and having a boogie? We all know that dancing is a great form of exercise – so why not come along to Midweek Dance Madness. For six weeks, from 24 April to 29 May 2019, we’ll be playing popular dance music from the 60s through to the present day – from 8pm to 9pm. No choreography to learn, no instruction – just ‘do your thing’ and have some fun while you dance away the stresses and strains of everyday life.
£3 per session – please wear trainers or other soft soled shoes to protect the sports hall floor.
