We are now in a position to start offering exercise classes again at RTC, Initially there will be two classes per week which will be led by Gill Chilvers. A mixed ability class will take place on Wednesday evenings at 7pm and will feature a warm up to music, a series of exercises for exercising and toning the whole body, followed by cool down and gentle stretches. The class on Monday mornings at 10am is a low impact class following a similar pattern.
Numbers are limited to 8 per session and each participant will be allocated a specific area in which to exercise to ensure social distancing. This means that you must book a place in advance each week. The cost for each session is £5, with all proceeds going direct to RTC.
