Exercise and Whole Body Toning

These classes feature a warm up to music, a series of exercises for exercising and toning the whole body, followed by cool down and gentle stretches.

We currently offer two classes a week:-

Low Impact – Monday morning 10am – 11am: These classes are suitable for those who are a little older, less fit or recovering from ill health.

Mixed Ability – Wednesday evening 7pm – 8pm: These classes are suitable for those who are more used to exercise.

Numbers are limited to 8 per session and each participant will be allocated a specific area in which to exercise so as to ensure social distancing. Places must be booked in advance each week – if you would like to book a space, please contact Gill Chilvers on gill.chilvers@hotmail.co.uk

The cost is £5 per session and all proceeds will go to the RTC
