Gill’s Exercise and Whole Body Toning Class

These classes feature a warm up to music, a series of exercises for exercising and toning the whole body, followed by cool down and gentle stretches.

We currently offer two classes a week:-

Low Impact – Monday morning 10am – 11am: These classes are suitable for those who are a little older, less fit or getting back to fitness.

Every Monday 1030-1130 starting Monday 12th July.

**Please note there will be no classes on Monday 13th & Monday 20th September**

Numbers are limited to 8 per session and each participant will be allocated a specific area in which to exercise so as to ensure social distancing. Places must be booked in advance each week – if you would like to book a space, please contact Gill Chilvers on

The cost is £5 per session and all proceeds will go to the RTC
