Tai Chi Yang Style

Tai Chi is a Chinese defence martial art with the aim of achieving strength and relaxation of body and mind. Tai Chi has benefits in improving posture, balance and co-ordination of the body. This activity at RTC is for 18 years and over.

New block of 6 sessions of the Tai Chi Yang style is starting on Tuesday 1st of March 2022.

  • Each session will be 1 hour, from 11am – 12pm
  • All levels are welcome, including beginners
  • It is recommended that the participants wear comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes or indoor (non-marking) trainers
  • The cost is £5/session payable by contactless method

Please note that there will not be a session on the 29th March.
