Tai Chi Yang Style
Wednesday mornings 11am – 12pm
Tai Chi is a Chinese defence martial art with the aim of achieving strength and relaxation of body and mind. Tai Chi has benefits in improving posture, balance and co-ordination of the body.
This activity is for 18 years and over. The training is planned in blocks of 6 sessions. Please check this page for the start date of a new block.
• Each session will be 1 hour, from 11am -12pm
• All levels are welcome, including beginners
• It is recommended that the participants wear comfortable clothing and flat soled shoes or indoor (non-marking) trainers
• The cost is £5/session payable by contactless method
