Following a warm up, participants perform a series of exercises of various types – combining cardio-vascular exercises with toning for the upper body, lower body and core muscle groups. Options for each exercise mean you can work at your own level, whether you are just starting out on your fitness programme or you already have a good level of fitness – all abilities are welcome. At the end there is a cool down and stretches to help develop flexibility.
Thursdays at 7pm from 14 February to 21 March 2019 inclusive.
£5 per session or £25 up front for the six week block.
