Buggy Beat returns

After the Easter holidays we see the return of Buggy Beat for a six week block starting Wednesday 24 April at 10am.  This is a Cross Training health and fitness class designed around the needs of new parents who struggle to get the time to participate in exercise on a regular basis
Offering a great cardiovascular and muscular strength workout with added abdominal exercises and emphasis on body fat reduction, the class is held indoor or outdoors depending on the weather more info
